as the previous answer stated - make sure you have an orgasm as the contractions of your vagina pull the sperm up into your womb. make sure you use the sperm straight away...!

im not trying to be funny, but apparently if you orgasm you are more likely to become pregnant , seriously try it have an orgasm during or after.
