I was thinking of making prime rib for christmas dinner to feed about 9 people. Here's my problem... I'm totally lost! How big of a piece should I buy, and also, I've been looking at some recipes online and the center is always pink... is there anyway to fully cook the rib without ruining it so that the middle is not pink? Any suggestions, tips and recipes would be great... help me out please!

Last Thanksgiving, my mother-in-law found a macaroni salad recipe off a box of macaroni and cheese and it was very simple. we lost it, but i do remerber it called for a sm. jar of pimentos. I think also some sugar, sm. white onion, mayo, and a little prepared mustard. If anyone out there has a mac. salad recipe similar to this please answer.

For those of you "foodies" that have made a dump cake... Please save the jokes.. I've heard them ALL ! Anyway, I have a can of crushed pineapple, some cooked apples and some boxed spice cake.. Do you think this would make a good "dump cake" verses the tried and true original cherry pie filling/white cake recipie? Anyone try this and have good results... I also have the stick of butter the original recipie calls for...

Thanks for all the input..
