Is there such thing as a grainy dijon mustard? Can you recommend a brand? Are all dijons grainy or just some? I was thinking just some.

Beaver makes a whole seeded Dijon mustard to die for! I just finished another bottle! It's got a fantastic flavor and a nice crunch (not to hard) of the whole mustard seeds throughout. It's not overly expensive either, about $2.79 a bottle.

Boar's Head, or Jack Daniels!! for added flavor Cook with especially meatloaf! or sauces on steaks after cooking!
