HAM SPREAD IN A BREAD BOWL

1 lg. can potted deviled ham
2-4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 finely chopped green onions
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 lg. round loaf white, wheat, or rye bread

Mix together by hand in a medium-sized mixing bowl all ingredients except the loaf of bread.
Slice the top off the round loaf. Hollow out the loaf, leaving the walls of the bread bowl about an inch thick. Fill bread bowl with ham spread. Use top of loaf as a lid if you want to

Here's a great appetizer and dessert. People love them both and they're super easy.

Crab Dip
Cream Cheese, room temp
1 pkg imitation krab pieces
1 bottle of cocktail sauce (we love the spicy kind)
Crackers (Ritz, Clubhouse, etc)
Spread the cream cheese in a thick layer over a large plate, roughly 12" in diameter. Spread the cocktail sauce fairly thickly over the cream cheese. Break up the krab and spread it evenly over the cream cheese/cocktail sauce. Scoop this onto a cracker and eat. It's the greatest!!

Pudding Fluff
2 cps milk
2 sm box of Jell-o Instant Pudding any flavor you choose
16 oz container of Cool Whip
Graham Cracker or Oreo Cookie Crust
Put the milk in a mixing bowl, add the pudding mix. Whisk until blended, quickly fold in the Cool Whip. Scoop into the graham cracker or Oreo crust and refrigerate. This is also good frozen.

How about fresh fruit platter with some exotic fruits like mango, papaya, kiwi, pineapple or cut up bite size fresh fruit salad, which you can keep as is with whatever fruit you like or add tiny marshmellows, shredded coconut, and stir the whole thing in vanilla flavored yogurt for a creamy textured fruit salad. You can also do the canned fruit coctail salad and stir in the marshmellow, coconut, yogurt or whipped cream topping.

You want to wow the socks off of them? Make pumpkin soup:

1 bunch of green onions
1 garlic clove minced
1 lg can chicken broth
2 lg cans pure pumpkin (libby's is usually the best).
2 pints of half and half
seasonings to taste

Combine all of the liquids in a large pot until the color is a very light orange. Chop and stir in onions and minced garlic. Heat to a small boil and season to taste.

That's all there is to it. When I take this to parties they act like I am some kind of gourmet chef...LOL! Merry Christmas!

Put pre-made, frozen Italian meatballs in a crock pot/slow cooker.
Pour in some K.C. Masterpiece BBQ Sauce, stir to coat each meatball, cook on low for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to insure even heating.
If you're pressed for time, heat the meatballs and BBQ Sauce in the microwave for about 10 minutes, then put them in the crock pot/slow cooker, to keep them warm.
