Ok, so I bought muffin mix and the instructions yield 6 large muffins, but I have mini muffin cups, and I want to do 25 mini muffins instead of 6 really large ones. They're blueberry. Any suggestions? Please! Help!

For mini muffins, I usually lower the temperature 25 degrees from what is called for in the recipe. I also find that they cook very quickly--start checking them at half the time called for in the recipe for full-size muffins. Check them with a toothpick for doneness--a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin should come out clean or with a few crumbs clinging to it; if it comes out gooey or with batter, they need a few more minutes.

I love to put a lemon glaze on blueberry muffins while they're still hot from the oven. Just mix up some lemon juice (either fresh or from a bottle) with some confectioner's sugar until like a thin icing. Ice while still warm, and the glaze will melt into the muffin.....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

Enjoy!

350 degrees, and decrease the baking time by around 10 minutes. Be sure to check them for done-ness.

Your mileage may vary, so just do a small batch at first to be sure.

350º for 10-15 minutes will do.
