It truly is a matter of taste. What do you like? My personal favorite happens to be KENS STEAK HOUSE dressings. First choice? Parmesan Peppercorn. The problem is that not all dressings are available in all areas of the country. Another good choice for me is Salsa Ranch. It is an off brand that Wal Mart sells.

Go pick up a bottle or two of different dressings and see what YOU like.

Happy sampling.....

T. Margurites or Marie's - both are sold in the produce section where the bagged salad & veggies are.....They are very good, especially the peppercorn ranch. Otherwise, buy a pkg of Good Seasonings or Hidden Valley Ranch & make your own - adding fresh herbs to your liking.......All these go great as a raw veggie dip as well!

Mayonnaise was originally called salad dressing. . .long ago. . .as I recall. It is beaten oil and eggs. Helmans is oil and eggs. I was never sure what Miracle Whip was made out of but Helmans is the real deal. If that doesn't taste right, then you don't want mayonnaise.

We use Hellmans and it was chosen best by a taste test. Give it a try, I think you will like it.
