I'm making christmas biscuits ans want to pipe everyones name on the biscuits to make them like name tags for the table. I am wondering if any one has a recipe for icing that would be suitable for this.. thanks and merry christmas!!!

When I make rice, it's so clumpy. I want it to be separate grains of rice. What can I do to make it look and taste better? I use lemon juice already, but it adds a sour taste to it. Advice?

is the one that you boil the eggs and than you roll them with a dough made of butter, flour, yeast ,sugar ,water and then fry them untill the tripled their size..so sweet but i dont know the measurements and weights last time i made a complete mess

ok i am making sugar cookies right now and the recipe said to chill over night so i did and now i pulled it out and it is rock hard. so i would need to let it warm up and soften before i could roll it out but wouldnt that deffete the purpose of chilling it!?
what does chilling do?
What should i do i dont want the dough to dry out either!

This one sounds a little weird, but this is the story I heard. God gave someone this Peanut Brittle recipe in a dream. You can't copy it down, so I guess you have to memorize the recipe. It has sugar (not corn syrup or Karo), but it has to be a special kind. I think it's supposed to be beet sugar, not cane sugar, or the other way around. I forget. Anyway, I'd like to get this recipe. Does anyone have it?
