concerting cups help?

hi i want to do this dough but i dont have everything can someone help me with it?? thnx!!

for my recipe i need 2 1/2 cups of flour and 1 1/2 cups of milk. I only have 1.5 cups of flour. How much milk should i use?

9/10 of a cup of milk (about a cup minus a tablespoon)

Divide the recipe in half. So use 1¼ cups of milk and 3/4 cup of flour, and half of all other ingredients called for.
