My favorite way to fix chops is either to use shake & bake or to simply sprinkle them with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and then broil them as one would a steak.

PORK CHOPS AND RICE
4 center cut pork chops, bone-in
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can water
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
garlic powder
Cajun seasoning
garlic powder, to taste
1 cup rice
Heat oil on medium heat and brown pork chops.
When brown, drain oil and add both cans of soup. When cans are empty, fill one can with water and pour into pan and stir. If you want more gravy, you can add a little more water. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 30-45 minutes. If you simmer longer, the meat will be more tender. Mine fall off the bone!
Adjust seasonings as it cooks. Taste occasionally; add more garlic powder and Tony's to the gravy while it simmers.
Cook 1 cup rice as directed on package. You can use Minute Rice if you prefer.
Serve together and pour gravy over rice.

My family loves this:
season and brown the pork chops on the stove, put in baking dish and bake in the oven until done.
take a can of ready made chili and spread over the pork chops and put back in the oven until heated through, I usually turn the oven down alittle and let them simmer awhile, take them out and top with a ton of shredded cheese put back in to the oven until the cheese melts...omg...this is so good. I served with mashed potatoes and corn....my family liked them so much I made them twice in one week.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, meat tenderizer. Fry them in a little canola oil. While they are frying in a separate pan saute chopped onion and garlic. After they saute add chopped up green Chile and a can of chopped tomatoes(stewed) and cook for a while. Add Chops to the mix and cover them with sauce. Let simmer for a minute then serve with Mexican rice or white rice and a salad or what ever you desire!

Use any recipe that sounds good, but rub in some fenil before you cook them.. fenil brings out the flavor in pork chops.

I like to season them with Cajun spices and I also put tenderizer on them. Bake them in the oven at 300 for 1 hour. They come out very tender.
