i was making a cake and i cracked open an egg and it was almost a solid, like it looked frozen.
but it couldn't have been because it was with 21 other eggs that were fine.

what was wrong with it?

First problem is that you had a 22-pack of eggs, usually come in increments of a dozen. Eggs are natural.... Nature isn't perfect (six-toed cats, two-headed frogs.... ) Don't use it.... IT'S BAD, It happens!

How long did you get these eggs? If last then a week and my suggestion is return to the store and ask for a new carton of eggs. Because I don't trust it if is good or not.
