Sunny-side up is when you fry the egg on one side and the yoke is runny. Easy over is when you fry both sides of the egg and the yoke is runny. What do you call it when an egg is fried on both sides but the yoke is cooked and not runny? That's the way I like it but never knew what is it called. Help?

I'm hosting an informal brunch in the morning and would like to prepare as much of the ingredients as I can before I actually make the dishes. One dish requires that I beat 10 eggs (later to be mixed with other ingredients). Can I beat the eggs, seal them in a container (in the fridge of course) then use tomorrow-safely?

My son's preschool is having a dinosaur week and I am the helping parent, so I wanted to make some dinosaur shaped pizza dough and bake them and then bring them in for the kids to put on their own toppings as a craft project. Do you think this would actually work?

I'm doing the South Beach thing but I had the brilliant idea to get my hubby a pasta machine for Christmas. Now he wants to make pasta all the time and I can't eat it!

Can I just substitute whole wheat flour in any pasta recipe I find? Or does anyone have a good one that works with pasta machines? My only requirement is that it NOT have all-purpose bleached flour but I'm up for any funky flavored pastas too.

DISTRIBUTOR TOUTS 'CLEAN' FARMED SALMON ALREADY ON MARKET - Laura Cutland, IntraFish. January 13, 2004

I'm not a cook or a baker, but I just got this breadmaker and have found hundreds of great recipes...

However, I live at quite a high elevation and I wonder if that is having an effect on my bread. It seems very dense and I'd like it to be a little lighter... Is there something different I could be doing?

More yeast... less yeast... less oil... I really have no clue what to do about it.

Thanks
