I'm doing the South Beach thing but I had the brilliant idea to get my hubby a pasta machine for Christmas. Now he wants to make pasta all the time and I can't eat it!

Can I just substitute whole wheat flour in any pasta recipe I find? Or does anyone have a good one that works with pasta machines? My only requirement is that it NOT have all-purpose bleached flour but I'm up for any funky flavored pastas too.

if you can find any tomato bullion powder, you can add it to the pasta dough... other wise it is fine to substitute the whole GRAIN flour for the bleached all purpose. if you are using what is called whole wheat flour- it is still bleached and processed
