My Mom used to fry about 1/2 pound of bacon to go with the eggs, take it out when it became crispy, and put it aside. She would leave ALL that grease in the pan and put our egg in it...one at a time. She would never flip it but she would fling all that hot grease over the top of the egg with a spatula so it got nice and cooked in the white but still with a runny yolk. She called it sunny side up but I guess it was really a deep fried egg.
I almost forgot about that. Hated it as a kid but if I had it today I bet it would beat the hell of over-easy in a non-stick pan coated with Pam.

It's called fried Hard, because the yoke is not runny. :)

Over hard is totally cooked all the way through. Over medium is a little squishy but still firm, not runny.

Basted is another term for for a fried egg that is steamed to doneness by adding water and covering it. Basted easy is runny, basted medium is almost hard and basted hard is fully cooked through.

Sounds like you like your eggs "over-hard" (turned over in the pan to cook both sides, with the second side cooked as much as the first).

Over Easy Hard or Sunny Side Down Hard.
At least this is how the Bob Evans restaurant in my area says it when you order. "Would you like your yolk hard, honey?"
