No.....but if it's milk products you are concerned with....try silk....a soy substitute for milk...
if it's calories and fat....you can use skim or 1%....the pudding just won't be as rich

Yes you can but it won't taste too good. If you have any dry
milk powder, that will work well. Another sub is sour cream.
yogurt,canned milk--anything with a milk base.
