will be less messy in microwave- just make sure that you don't have any metal (from the foil topper on the container)

you could, but i wouldnt because yogurt is supposed to be eaten cold. but im sure that if you want to eat hot yogurt, it wont hurt to stick it in the microwave for a few secconds. it is a milk product, just dont let it sit in the sun. or out on the counter for too long.

I add yogurt to plain oatmeal after I take the oatmeal out of the microwave. It makes the oatmeal taste great!

I wouldn't because I hate drinking warm milk. Having said that, Indian people cook yogurt. If I'm not mistaken, tandoori chicken is made with yogurt. Oh and Greek people use it for Tetseki sauce (served over hot food).

Heat it?... i think it will become a bit of watery if u heat it. So better warm it in a microwave... dont heat it.

I hope you realize that yogurt is not like pudding that you can eat hot or cold. I do believe that yogurt is meant to be eaten cold....like ice cream.
