Does anyone have a good recipe for egg salad? I know you need mayo but beyond that I don't know. I've got 4 eggs boiled, and a craving for an egg salad sandwich.

I usually make it by frying the rice then putting half tomato sauce and half water, then adding salt and onions and letting it simmer till done. is there another method to make it come out really good without adding all that other stuff to it?

I have to offer a dessert menu for 100 guests. The venue does not have a kitchen onsite, so the desserts I offer will have to be made ahead of time. Any suggestions on offerings?

My husband is part Polish and I would like to surprise him with some authentic Polish dishes. I do need to keep the cost down, so something simple and not too expensive...Thanks.

Help! I unexpectedly have to serve dessert for 9--tonight!--and I want to do something homemade, but I don't have more than an hour or two to prepare it. I have 4 beautiful Meyer lemons on hand, but I haven't found a way to use them that's easy. Any ideas? (By the way, I don't absolutely HAVE to use the lemons, just thought it might be nice.) If you can share a great easy recipe, you'll be saving my neck. Thanks.

Need a good recipe. I have attempted to make said soup but for some reason it lacks flavor. I do not wish to have a recipe that requires any tomato products.
