Can anyone give me a tip or a way to get jalapeno off of one's skin? My husband was making guacamole last night and even though he washed his hands a million times after cutting up the jalapeno, his fingers still sting, particularly under his finger nails and he can't rub or touch his face without it stining? Any advice?

It seems my finacee and I eat fish, chicken and beef a lot. I have plenty of fish recipes for the few types of fish (seafood) I do eat. Can anyone offer any good recipes for beef and chicken?

Hello, I'm desperately looking for a few cake recepies, which can be made using microwave. i.e. I specifically require the temperature and the mode (grill/microwave/convection) with respect to the quantity of flour (preferrably in gms).
Any help in this respect is tremendously appreciated!

We had several items from our freezer that we put into a cooler to move someplace almost 2000 miles away. It did thaw out but we have refrozen it and hope we can thaw them later and eat them. Will they be safe to eat?

I have a rice cooker that my mother in law gave us, and i have never used it. Its not in a package, so i don't know if i could use it for something else. Its just something that she didn't want any more and guessed that we could probably use it.
