I'm having a hard time understanding how you confused bowl and bowel with BOIL (which I'm assuming is the word you're looking for). Anyway, you first boil the water. Once the water has reached boiling, turn the heat down and put the eggs in the water for 15 minutes.

What is a bowled egg?
Do you mean boiled?
Never boil them the yolks will turn green and half of them will have cracked shells.
Put them in a pan of cool water--make sure all the eggs are covered with water. Turn on medium heat. Just before they boil, shut off the heat and cover with a lid. Wait until they cool down enough to handle. Perfect hard boiled eggs.

they need to boil for between 10-20 minutes. 10 if they are small eggs, and if they are extra large i would go 20....medium and large eggs 15 mins.
