Its got choc chips, coconuts, and other things that arent mixed into a dough but stand on their own (kind of how 7 layer dip isnt mixed together) and they are baked in a pan and cut into squares. I think there are different names but cant think of one. Also think it includes condensed milk and graham cracker base but not sure. Any idea?

The cookbook is a few years old but had a great chili recipe in it. The steak and chicken both gave it a great flavor. I can no longer find the book or remember the recipe.

Hi,

I have an aluminium baking tray that I use all the time. It looks
clean and shinny. When I try to greese before baking, I pour a little
bit of oil on the tray and use paper towel to wipe and even out the
oil. The paper comes out black, like pencil kind of black. What's
that black thing -- as I mentioned, the tray looks clean and shinny.
Will the black thing be a health hazard? Will the same thing happen to tin or stainless steel tray?

Thanks,
Banquo.

What are some cooking mistakes you've made where you just can't help but look back and laugh.

My worst one was when I was trying to make cookies. I mixed all the ingrediants in or so I though and i set them in to bake. The recipe said to roll them into little balls to bake them but they just were a little to runny for that. I didn't think anything of it and just dapped the dough on the tray. I put them in to bake and when i checked on them, the baking sheet was just covered in this doughy slim. It took me till the end of the day to realize I forgot the main ingrediant.....FLOUR!!!

I need some recipe ideas like adding them to a cookie batter or something to put these packs to use. I like to be creative but this one has stumped me. Any ideas? I really want to work them into my cooking
