Everyone loves it:

8 ounces macaroni, cooked
2 cups small-curd cottage cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients, stirring well. Pour into a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

you can take any basic mac and cheese bake and put cornflakes on top.

Here is my favourite

Sauce:
ingredients
1 T Butter
1 T Flour
1 t Cornstarch
1 c Milk
1 c Shredded cheese

Melt butter in a saucepan, add Flour and cornstarch and wisk rapidly until smooth and bubbling. Gradually add milk wisking and ensuring you remove all lumps before adding more. Wimmer on Medium heat stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes and allow to thicken. Gradually add Cheese and Mix until melted. Do NOT allow to boil once cheese is added or it will curdle. (Multiply this recipe by as much as you need as long as the ratio is 1:1:1 for all ingredients, I usually make 3-4 times this amount depending on how much sauce you need)

Boil your pasta of choice and Toss with sauce (if you want it extra cheese, sprinkle some extra cheese while tossing, and this is Great with Tuna too) Top with Breadcrumbs, Crushed Crackers or Crushed Cornflakes and bake approx 10 minutes Sprinkle more Cheese on top and bake another 5 minutes or until Cheese melts.

This is Great for a cold winter night, and is a crowd pleaser for adults and Kids alike. :D Enjoy

i do!

this is my moms recipe she always makes it and we all love it!

get a box of elbow noodles, boil them, then put them in a 9x13 casarol dish. next, add two cans of cream of mushroom soup. then get velveta cheese, that comes in the block. and cut chunks and mix it in with all the noodles. then cover it with crushed corn flakes and bake until cornflakes are crispy on top. its a great recipe and you should try it.
Good Luck!
