Here is a recipe from Recipe Zaar.com:
Mexican Rice Water
1 cup white rice, uncooked
2 quarts water
1 cinnamon stick
sugar, to taste
5 or Less Ingredients Beverages
Mix all together ingredients and let stand 3 hours.
Simmer for 1/2 hour.
Let cool, then puree in a blender and strain through a cloth or fine-mesh strainer.
Taste for sweetness and add sugar if necessary.
Chill and serve over ice.

It's loads cheaper to make than to buy! Enjoy!!

I have made this for my family and they love it. I have tried many horchata (rice water) recipes and this is the one we most enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 cup white rice, rinsed, drained
1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
4 cups hot water
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1 small amount of ice cubes
1 pinch of ground cinnamon

COMBINE rice, cinnamon stick and water in large bowl; cool. Cover; refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

REMOVE cinnamon stick. Spoon rice into blender container (reserve soaking water). Cover; blend on High for 3 to 4 minutes until mixture is as smooth as possible. Add the reserved soaking water and sugar; blend for an additional 2 minutes. Strain mixture through a cheesecloth or fine sieve into a pitcher, pressing the rice solids until only a dry paste remains; discard paste. Stir evaporated milk into the mixture.

TO SERVE: Pour into tall glasses with ice cubes; sweeten with additional sugar, if desired. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Place rice in a large bowl. Pour warm water over rice. Set aside and soak six hours or overnight.

Pour into blender jar; process until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve. Return to blender, process again. Strain mixture into pitcher through a clean dampened
dish towel or cheese cloth. Rinse blender, return mixture to blender; add sugar and vanilla. Process until combined. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over cracked ice
