saurkraut, fried cabbage with noodles(the best), baked macaroni and cheese, broccoli casserole (make this the same way that you would make that green bean casserole with the mushroom soup and french fried onions but substitute broccoli instead.)

Fried potatoes with onions and green peppers. thinly slice the potatoes or cut them in small chunks... slice onions and peppers - fry until golden brown...
