Its got choc chips, coconuts, and other things that arent mixed into a dough but stand on their own (kind of how 7 layer dip isnt mixed together) and they are baked in a pan and cut into squares. I think there are different names but cant think of one. Also think it includes condensed milk and graham cracker base but not sure. Any idea?

Dream bars! Oooh Dean & Deluca has some outrageous ones with Choc chips, coconut, chocolate & graham crackers. If you got to the Eagle(condensed milk website) you should find a recipe and other names for it.

I dont know of a specific name. probably something sme threw together. It is definately a "bar" cookie from how you described it. Figure where you had it first and ask the person who made them or the store yiu bought them from.
