Please recommend any excellent cooking courses! I did a Thai cooking course a couple of years ago which was sensational and would like to do one again. Any info on prices would also be appreciated.

If you cook for yourself, can you give me a good, healthy recipe that I can prepare in under one hour? I enjoy all types of food, but it has to be low fat and not too high in salt. Thanks.

I'm making a soup recipe that calls for cooked ground turkey. I bought a package at the store and have kept it refrrigerated for the past few days. Do I just fry it in a frying pan until I don't see pink anymore? Do I need to add anything?

Thanks in advance!
