You can do what my dad does with leftover chicken and turkey, take all the meat off the bones and make it into chicken noodle soup. All you need are some noodles, carrots, celery, onions, and chicken broth. If you have no broth, you can do what my dad does and boil the bones and make some yourself. You could also make some hot chicken with gravey sandwiches or chicken salad sandwiches. There are a lot of things you could do, I hope that this helps you! Good luck!

If there's not that much meat left, toss it all in a large pot with about 6 cups of water, some carrots, celery, onion, peppercorns, and a few bay leaves and a bit of salt. Simmer for several hours.
Then strain the stock and discard the veggies. Let the bones cool and pick off the meat and save. Discard the bones. Now you have a great stock for soups, or anything that calls for chicken broth!

chicken and dumplings.......peel off all the meat put it in a pan with a little butter celery carrots ect.....fry it for just a second add about 3 cups water or 2 cups water and chicken broth if you have it but careful not to over salt it if you are using the salted variety let it boil for about 30 min......then take canned biscuits( if you don't want to make dumplings) cut them up and add to it let it boil for about 10 min. then take another can of biscuits put them on top of the pan and let it bake till they brown may need to put it under the broiler for just a second.....i also add corn along with the celery and carrots sometimes potatoes if there isn't much meat makes kind of a chicken and dumplings pot pie its really good just be sure to season it with salt and pepper.............and if you want to make a sandwich out of it make a chicken salad sandwich just peel off all the meat slice celery very small add to it you can also add tomato lettuce onion pimento whatever and add about 2 tsp. of mayo maybe a boiled egg crushed salt and pepper to taste.......good luck

Believe it or not I use to take leftover chicken and make a sandwich out of it. I liked using toast, some mayo, cheese, and maybe some lettuce. Turns out pretty good considering the circumstances

Into your soup-bowl:
Crumble a package of Top Ramen (or other brand)
Sprinkle in seasoning packet
Dollop of chopped garlic (jar)
Pinch of crushed red pepper (dried)
Your leftover chicken (without bones!)
1 cup water
Give a little stir; microwave 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve.

skin the chicken, chop it up, add mayo, and whatever else ingredients you enjoy in chicken salad. I like apples and walnuts my husband just likes it plain. You could use a little chopped onion or celery. Enjoy!

You can make chicken salad with mayo, celery, black pepper and course salt. Or you could make chicken noodle soup with egg noodles and veggies. Or just slice it and make a sandwich with lettuce and tomatoe-that should be easy!

You could chop it up with tomatoe, stuffing and mayonnaise. Mix it all together and put it in a roll. Delicious. You have to mix it all up though not just spread mayonnaise on the bread.
