Ive bought the thing as I love cooking roasts but want to be able to come home to one - so anyone got any recipies let me know. Basically do I need to put water in it and how much?

I would prefer something really tasty but not too fatty or REALLY spicy (a little spicy is OK) not too fatty & NO BELL PEPPERS!!!

The raspberry cordials are about the size of a small gumball. The outer shell is chocolate with the consistancy of a Hershey's Kiss. The inside has the same consistancy just slightly softer inside of course.
