I say get about 5 different cheeses and make 6 cheese dips for the food of your choice. (Burritos, tacos, chips, sandwhiches, mac n cheese, whatever! :P)
First, make seperate cheese dips out of the 5, then mix them all together to make the 6th. That's pretty much all I can think off, haha.
A big block of just cheese as the main dish isnt very appetizing ;P Good luck, I love cheese too!
Am I invited to this little cheese feast? lmao.
