Buy him a season pass to Dunkin' Doughnuts!
No but seriously. All he has to do is ask a doctor how he can gain some weight in a healthy way.
I was watching this show, and this lanky dude drunk lots of protein shakes, ate alot of protein, and all of his meals were huge. I'm talkin' 3 or 4 double-stuffed burriots from taco bell. Throw in some sweets too!(The funnest part ;D)
And while he's eating all of this food, he needs to lift weights and do situps so it doesnt turn into flab, but muscle instead. He can also drink some muscle-building shakes too.(The healthy kind, not hormone loaded).
But gaining all of that muscle took that guy quite some time. Months. No one's body changes overnight. It's hard to loose weight, and it's hard to gain it in muscle, too. Except the eating part. That's easy and great. Haha! :P

You must be talkin' about my husband! He (and his whole family) are blessed with that SUPA metabolism!!!!
When my hubby wants to put on muscle (working out) he eats lots of food (three meals a day) and drinks the weight gainer drinks from GNC two to three times a day.
Without the drinks, he doesn't gain the weight (muscle) no matter what he eats. And he doesn't put on fat, just muscle.
So your friend is just blessed with a kickass metabolism. If he's not into working out for muscle, just eat healthy and enjoy what God gave him!

My male cousin had the same problem.... He went to the health food store and bought what he called "weight gainer"... for more information on it you should visit GNC or your local health food store. My cousin is a body builder so ask about taking it with your friends living style in mind. It might not be suitable for him. But it's worth looking into.

Lol! My vet mentioned that my guinea pig is to fats! I feed her oranges, timothy hay, apples, dandelion leaves and guinea pig meals from walmart. The vet advised me that the pellet guinea pig meals is fattening. Maybe check out that! :) Good good fortune!
