Well, I've made this one, (from the Southern Living cookbook), called Turtle Dessert. It is sooooo eassy, I swear it takes like 10 minutes to put together and a few hours to harden up. I've also done it on an individual scale and that way, you can eat it immediately!!!

You need 17 or 18 icecream sandwiches, a bottle of caramel topping, a bottle of chocolate fudge/syrup, a pkg of pecans, a med/lg. tub of cool whip (thawed) or a can of Ready Whip (if your doing individual desserts.

[1] Put one layer of sandwiches in a 13"X9" dish.
[2] Drizzle caramel over the sandwiches.
[3] Sprinkle nuts.
[4] Cover with half the Cool Whip.
[5] Repeat layering scond time.
[6.] Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours.
[7] When serving, drizzle chocolate fudge over top and ENJOY!!!!

I would say it a toss up between english Trifle, wedding cake and cheesecake and of course the all famous chocolate cake with frosting
