I'm going through a phase of only having jacket potatoes for my tea. I'm not really adventurous and only have either prawns or beans and cheese. It will get boring soon, so does anyone have any good ideas for different fillings?

This is possibly a romanian or polish dish. My grandmother used to make it. It turns out like cornbread only more dense. It is just water and cornmeal. I want to know how to make it.

I am looking for real home cooked recipes from the Philippines. The first is a stir fry with very thin noodles, mixed with vegetables and meat. The second is like an eggroll, but is longer, thinner, and only filled with seasoned ground meat of some kind. If not please tell Me what Your favorite recipe is, like what Your Mother or Grandmother used to make. Also what seasonings do Asian cooks use to make Their food smell and taste so good.

Can anyone recommend a good mandoline? I make homemade bread and butter pickles that usually win blue ribbons, but I'm tired of slicing the cukes with a knife.

I have a couple of recipes for canning tomato sauce and for canning tomator juice. Truthfully the whole canning process is a little scary to me...so I was wondering if anyone knew any easy safe things I could do to preserve my tomatoes. Also, I have some peppers and would also welcome recipes for homemade salsa.

I have over 10,000 recipes on my computer (I know it's a lot, but I love to cook). Anyway, I am looking for a good software program to put them into that will also calcutae calories per serving, allow me to add pictures and even video to each recipe. I have used several programs over the years and even wrote my own a while back but I am still not satisfied. So, anyone have any ideas?
