BK's fries are blanched and flash frozen before being shiped to the resteraunt
to blanch fries start with fresh taders ,cut fries julian stile ,
in a large pot bring 4 qts water to a boil .once watter is boiling add fries in batches of apx 3 cups alow to return to boil time 3 minets and remove .repeat till fries are all blanched drain well and chill .
once fries are cool heat cooking oil to 375 degees cook fries till golden brown . fries will be crisp yet soft ,salt to taste
the second cooking is the trick to crispy fries

work at burger king and they'll give you all the secrets. You have to have special equipment though. They literally soak the french fries in tubs of grease.

well, to be honest, dont you think it would be cheaper to buy some from burger king than to go out and buy all the ingrediants and have it turn out like crap?

but i know where you're coming from, once i tried to make orange chicken like they do at panda express... DID NOT WORK.... these things can only be bought.
