The best spoon I have found to use for Rice Krispy Treats is a strong wooden spoon. Anything plastic bends easily while mixing. Lightly coat the spoon with butter or a spray of Pam. But a wooden spoon is the best tool for this mix. For the pressing part in the pan, I use a sheet of wax paper to press down. Just remember to use the waxy side when pressing.

umm... i'm not sure but .... maybe a stainless steel one??
maybe any spoon. just grease it. with butter or Pam or some other non sticking spray.
i don't think there's a specific type of spoon. marshmellows can get stuck on anything when making rice crispie treats

put butter or cooking spray on whatever object you use. That way, you can use whatever spoon, spatchula, etc you want. And the rice crispies with marshmellows will not stick.

you can use any spoon that you like, just make sure that you use a little oil, butter or pam on it. Once you have all the ingrediants mixed and dumped into the bowl, you hands are the best tool to use, just rub a bit of butter on them and push the mixture into the pan.

Are you talking about the mixing stage?
or the pressing into the pan stage?
If its the mixing stage. . .why fight it? When you are done dumping it into the pan, just eat what sticks off the spoon!
I always take a clean sppon, coat it with butter and use it to press the mixture into the pan.
