My wife has been baking cakes for several years, using Duncan Hines cake mixes. During the last 12-14 months, the cakes are coming out not completely baked. Nothing has changed in terms of her method. The oven has been tested and is fine. Same pans, same brand of mixes.

Fruit and Pasta Salad
Salad

2 medium oranges or 1 15 oz. can mandarin orange segments, drained
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup honey
dash of cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup cooked pasta, (bow-tie, shell, or macaroni)
2 medium apples, cored and chopped
2 Tablespoons sliced green onions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain
well. Mix yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and sugar in a large bowl. Zest** orange
peel, enough for 1 Tablespoon, or save about 1/4 cup juice from the mandarin
oranges, add peel or juice to the yogurt mixture. Continue to peel the
rest of the peeling off of orange. Separate orange into segments. Chop
apples, mix into dressing so they won’t turn brown. Mix in orange segments
and pasta. Top with green onions.

Grocery List

2 medium oranges, or 1 15 oz can mandarin orange segments
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup honey
dash of cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup bow-tie pasta

Hello all,

A couple years ago at Thanksgiving, I made a recipe for cornbread that was phenominal! Since this was so long ago, I no longer have the recipe. I've searched all the recipe sites I usually go to (www.allrecipes.com, www.cooks.com and www.foodtv.com) and can't find the exact recipe.

The one I made had a box of Jiffy cornbread mix, sour cream, and creamed corn (among other things). All the recipes I've found call for self-rising corn mean...I can't find anything with Jiffy in it! If anyone has this recipe, or has a better way of searching for it, please let me know a.s.a.p.! Thanks so much!

Slab bacon with the outer skin that is slice to your preference at a meat market or plain old package ones. Minds is slab which cooks so good in the microwave or conventional oven. Almost like eating pork rinds on the outer part of the bacon. Yum Yum.
