This recipe for stir fry vegetables is quick and tasty.

3 tbsp chicken broth
2 cups broccoli
1 cup carrots
1 cup snow peas
1 green pepper
¾ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp cold water
1 tsp soy sauce

Heat the wok, and bring the 3 Tbsp broth to a boil. Cut the carrots and green pepper into small chunks then stir fry the vegetables for a minute. Add additional broth and boil again. Simmer for 4 minutes.

Mix cornstarch and cold water, and stir in to the mixture. Add soy sauce and serve.

Green Giant makes bags of frozen Stir-Fry veggies and includes the sauce packets with them. Add your favorite meat or not. Tastes great! Really simple, no chopping, no steaming etc...of course you could also add rice on the side.

I will say its handy if you have a good wok and decent utencils. Remember when working with hot oil, use a high-heat resistant plastic strainer and other such utensils or metal. You don't want melted plastic in with your food.

Also, you need to remember to season clean and season your wok after cooking. When I season, use to oil. A light coat rubbed in keeps in good condition and free of rust. This is incase you don't by a non-stick and/or coated wok.

I do this and it's REALLY simple. I just buy teriyaki sauce and stir fry in a pan cut up bell peppers, onions, broccoli, and carrots...or whatever you want! Easy, no sauce making necissary, it's really good. Esp. with rice.
