How to make oatmeals.?Sould Jawar must be grains to make oatmeals or should it be flour to make oatmeals..

I am living in New Delhi, India and I find oats quite easily here. Usually the oats come in a plastic container with a lid, if you purchase an Indian brand.
To prepare basic oatmeal, boil a few cups of water with a pinch of salt and add oats. The ratio of water to oats is usually on the back of the package. Add some sweetener like sugar or honey if you want, or milk and sugar, which is my favorite. Berries, bananas, and dry fruit (nuts) are also good in it.

I guess there is might not be any local name for Oats in these regions. They are called using their biological name:
Avena sativa L.

Oats are call "jau" (sounds like jaw) or "jawar" (rhymes with car). Oatmeal has no specific name and can be called anthing derived from jau or jawar
