No offense at all, I do grilled steak when I'm not in a restaurant.
It's an extremely, personal issue,,, and PLEASE believe you can never totally satisfy everyone, but if it's not that you own a restaurant, and you won't ever do it again, for those people, do all of them MEDIUM.
That said, medium is vague, I realize. I enjoy mine medium rare, but not everyone might.
Depending on the cooking method and the stability of the heat and timing, I suggest cutting into each, as they are seared and have cooked for 3 to 5 minutes. No one will realize you checked or cheated.
I'd offer them,,, in your monitoring, just beyond any pink, but just prior to any drying out and toughness in the process that will take place externally.
Hopefully SEVERAL means you will have a large,,,or multiple cooking area/surface, and help in monitoring and serving.
No matter the cooking depth, Steak should always be served, still sizzling, and hot when cut, to eat. No matter the cook time, or the individual choice of rare , med, well, if it aint hot,,, I'll bag it and give it to the dog after the fact.

Long time "eater" BEEF often, enjoy it my way mostly, but will pay for it when it's "How I like it"

If you're looking for a medium steak, cook the steaks on a grill for about 5-6 minutes a side, if they are 1.5 inches thick. If they are about 1 inch thick, use 4-5 minutes. Stick a fork in it to make sure it's done. It should be nice and juicy. If you want a medium-rare steak, take away 1-2 minutes from the above suggestions.

On a propane barbecue set temperature to high. Marinate steak with ClubHouse Montreal Steak Rub.
Place steaks on grill for 5 to 6 minutes and then turn over for another 5 to 6 minutes

To get them perfect, I'd say to use a thermometer...medium is usually 160 degrees. 5 minutes sounds pretty good!
