1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup honey
dash of cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar

2 medium apples, cored and chopped
2 Tablespoons sliced green onions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain
well. Mix yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and sugar in a large bowl. Zest** orange
peel, enough for 1 Tablespoon, or save about 1/4 cup juice from the mandarin
oranges, add peel or juice to the yogurt mixture. Continue to peel the
rest of the peeling off of orange. Separate orange into segments. Chop
apples, mix into dressing so they won’t turn brown. Mix in orange segments

No. Is this a pasta salad with fruit or a fruit salad with pasta ? Given that the ratio of wet to dry pasta is around 3.5 :1 what are you starting off with 12 bow ties? why sugar and honey ?
try this; start with 1/2 cup of uncooked bow ties -tri-colored if possible cook until firm -al dente drain and plunge into ice water.
use mandarin oranges - drain the liquid and make the dressing adding yogurt first and honey as needed - taste it
cut your apples to be the same size as your pasta at least in length
gently toss with other ingredients

No, too fruity for a sweet but not savoury enough for a main. Try removing the onions and using macaroni for a macaroni pudding, or reduce the amount of sweet things and add more savoury

Not to me. You lost me at the yogurt part. I'm neither a vegitarian or a health nut. Nor could I survive on one of those diets. So I might not be the kind of person your intending this for. Sounds pretty horrible to me though.

hm, I don't usually like fruit and pasta together...or cinnamon and onions together. But who knows-could be good, I just don't think I would try it myself.
