Chili's Portabella Steak Fajitas?

Does anyone have the recipe for Chili's portabella steak fajitas or any guesses on what they use for marinade. My tummy thanks you.

I know they use a chimichurri sauce, which includes cilantro, garlic, and lime--it's like a south american version of pesto! Here's a basic recipe. Just add all the ingredients to a blender or food processeor until they're pureed.

1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
8 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
