It is important to understand that your ham is already cooked, and you need only to heat the ham. You can use any of a variety of methods to do this, but covered in your oven will probable be best. Adding a bit of water will help to keep the meat moist and using a low (325*) temp oven at a bit longer time is optimal, for juicy, tender ham.

Honey-Glazed Spiral-Cut Ham
You can't beat the ease of this delicious ham recipe. You can buy the meat presliced in most supermarkets as well as through mail order. Serve it with our Creamy Mustard and Dill Sauce and our Apple Chutney.
Serving: 16
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 1 hr 30 minutes
1/2 fully cooked smoked spiral-cut ham (about 8 pounds)
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Crab apples with leaves for garnish
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In small roasting pan, place ham flat side down. Cover loosely with foil and bake 45 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix sugar, honey, mustard, and 1 tablespoon water until blended.
3. Remove foil, and brush ham all over with glaze. Bake 30 minutes longer, brushing ham occasionally with drippings in roasting pan.
4. Transfer ham to large platter. Garnish with crab apples.
