I ate at The Cheesecake Factory last night and their ranch dressing is to die for! It's not as thick at ranch usually is and it's got a kick to it, which might be fresh garlic. Does anyone know how they make it? Maybe a copycat recipe from somewhere... I've been searching the internet and I can't find anything! Help! Thanks!!! :)

This morning I was watching the news and heard that Peter Pan has a recall out on their peanut butter. It just so happens that I have one of the jars that have been recalled (has code that starts w/ 2111...on the lid). They say it’s because of salmonella. I figure that since salmonella is a bacteria it would contaminate the whole jar of peanut butter, right? I've had this jar for about 3 weeks now, so I should have already had symptoms if I was affected by salmonella, right? Should I eat it or send the lid in for a refund?
