Stir fry veggies and meat. Serve with rice or pasta. You can buy veggies pre-chopped for stir frying, same as meat. Plus there is a whole selection of bottled sauces that you can add. So, with very little work, you can have a great meal.
Also, the pre-cooked packaged meats like roast beef in gravy, barbeque beef, etc are very good and only take a few minutes in the microwave. The frozen section of the supermarket also has things like lasagna which you just have to heat and serve. And, check out the individual microwave dinners. I once bought 5 packages of frozen thai chicken pasta, microwaved them all, put them in a big serving bowl and served it with bread and salad, and my guests thought I had done all the work!

Spagetti, just boil the noodles, fry some hamburger and add tomato sauce and garlic salt.
Shake and Bake chicken legs or wings or thighs or anything. Then just microwave some frozen veggies in a tiny bit of water for 5 minutes.
Macaroni and cheese mixed with sausage or hot dogs. So easy and fast. Good luck!

Think about investing in a George Foreman Grill. They cook basically anything (and if you get the different plates you can bake, make waffles, etc) and it's really easy! I hate to cook but cooking in my George Foreman is really quite simple for me.
This is the grill that I have:

One quick main dish that I prepare is chicken breast cooked with cream of mushroom soup. You just pour the soup over the chicken, cover it with foil and bake it at about 350 degrees until its cooked through. Also alot of the bag and season products are good and quick. Hope this helps!

Honey, I'm with you. We eat out very often because I hate to cook.
Buy some chicken breasts and coat them in Shake 'n Bake for chicken. (You can do the same for pork chops.) Good luck.
