I can't help you with TFC's recipe, but every restaurant I've worked in makes it this way, and it's not totally thick.
2 quarts buttermilk
1/2 gallon miracle whip/salad dressing (not real mayo)
1 large commercial packet of Hidden Valley Ranch powder
I think that large packet might be equal to 3 store-bought packets.
Hope it helps a little.

RE:
Desperately searching for The Cheesecake Factory's ranch dressing recipe!?
I ate at The Cheesecake Factory last night and their ranch dressing is to die for! It's not as thick at ranch usually is and it's got a kick to it, which might be fresh garlic. Does anyone know how they make it? Maybe a copycat recipe from somewhere... I've been searching the...

Plan A
This is the general mix that you can make so you can make a couple cups at a time:
15 saltines
2 cups dry parsley flakes, minced
1/2 cup instant minced onion (dehydrated onions)
2 T dry dill weed
1/4 cup onion salt
1/4 cup onion powder
1/4 cup garlic salt
1/4 cup garlic powder
Dump all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until it becomes a fine powder.
Then, combine 1 T of the powdered mix with 1 cup buttermilk and 1 cup mayo (usually miracle whip) and blend thoroughly. Put in a dressing bottle. You can experiment with varying amounts of the mayo and buttermilk until you get the consistency you are looking for.
Plan B
Go back to the cheescake factory and ask them for the recipe.

Not at all! The Cheesecake Factory is a GREAT idea for a prom dinner or desert later on in the evening as well. While this restaurant is generally a casual atmosphere, I've seen many people go there to eat after a symphony or theater performance in tuxedos and other dressy attire. I used to live fairly close to one when I lived in Denver, CO. Take care and I hope you have a fantastic, enjoyable and memorable night! :)

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU66W
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

No, not at all! The restaurants know when prom season is and want you to be there guest. Do not feel awkward just enjoy yourself and don't worry. All eyes will be on you and everyone will remember their prom night and understand. Just don't get drunk or act too silly and loud. It is a very special night and one that you will never forget so have fun but stay cool!
