Just got a box of 25 Monte Cristo No. 1s. I need to get a humidor-how long will it take for my cigars to dry out if they remain in the sealed box wrapped in a plastic bag? Also-any advice for buying a humidor?

The idea is that when the cake is baked it comes out with different colours in it, depending on the food colouring you use, eg pink, green. The cake can have as many colours as you want.You get one cake with different colours, not multi-layered with different colours. My mother used to bake it for us, but now I can't find the recipe and she has passed away

I want to buy a bottle as a gift. Is there much difference between the brands that spring to mind (Glenfiddich, Grouse, Bells, etc), and can I get something with more flavour/character/whatever it is you look for (age?) at the local off license without going over £30?

I have been a vegetarian for 2 years, and I dont really ge tthe nutrition I need. I guess I am what you would call a Doritos and Coke Vegetarian. I basically just eat cereal alot and dont really eat supper. I would like to improve what I eat so I dont get sick as often and have problems later on. Can somebody help me actualy figure out a meal plan. It needs to be a breakfast I can grab and go, a lunch I can take to school(i have acess to a microwave there) and then anything for supper. And I do eat morningstar farms food sometimes. I also cant really have dairy products, we thnink im a bit lactose intollerant and we are trying to figure out if ill stop having stomachaches if I stop having dairy products. So any reciped would be appreciatted and just give me a sample day menu

Where I grew up we called them Hoagies ( I was in the band and we sold them to raise money), and out here in LA they are called Subs. Other places, they are called Grinders. Is there really any difference, or are they all the same thing?

Hi,

I recently went to a chinease resturant and had duck with pancakes, the pancakes were not the normal sort, they were small and very fluffy in texture, light is also another word to descibe them.

Does anyone know what the name for them is and where I can find a recipe?

If I eat breakfast it seems that it starts me off eating, and I get very hungry shortly after eating, If I don't eat breakfast I can easily go untill 1pm without eating. Why?

The Okra comes in a frozen packet and it says boil them and add spices later. I have just bunged them in the slow cooker with seared chicken and other veggie and chopped tomatoes and garlic and hoped for the best.
