Nothing removes caloric content unless you have some very expensive machinery that removes A) sugar B) ethanol or C) both.

Lemon only adds acid.

No it doesn't. Both the vodka and the lemon have colaries, by putting lemon into vodka you're actually adding to the calories - only slightly unless you put half a lemon in and eat the lemon.

A glass of vodka has about 210 colories, a slice of lemon has about 3.

Why or even how would the adding of something that contains calories to a liquid that also contains calories reduce the over all calorific content? The obvious answer is: NO!

Ermmmm

NO

It adds calories.

UNLESS

You take the same weight/volume of vodka out as the lemon takes up, and then only use the lemon for flavour, instead of eating it.

Then you do lose calories from the drink

What is calorific? A combination of calorie and terrific? No, something with calories does not reduce the calories of another something with calories when you ADD it.

Nothing you ADD to anything else REDUCES the calories. The best you can ever hope for is that it doesn't add further calories, as artificial sweetener or water. However, there's nothing that takes calories away by adding it.
