Guinness is a brand of stout, which is a dark, fortified beer, indigenous to Ireland. There are other brands like Murphies etc but Guinness is the most famous and widely available.
Hypothermia is a condition that's associated with the severe loss of body heat. When your core temperature drops by 2 degrees C, you become hypothermic and begin to shiver uncontrolably, become lethargic and loose concentration. Your heart rate slows right down to a few beats per minute before finally, in extreme cases, you die.
