Covered in the oven. To keep them moist. No one likes dried up pork chops. Maybe in cream of mushroom soup with something else to garnish. I'm gettin hungry already.

I have a brilliant answer: This is easy and very very good.
1.Grease the bottom of a caserole dish.
2.Slice uncooked potatoes into quarters.
3. Put a semi-ordered layer of these potatoes in the dish.
4. Slice an onion and cut onion rings into half rings
5. put onions on top of potatoes
6. salt and pepper
7. another layer of pototoes
8. another layer of onions
9. a jar of white sauce (alfredo will do, cheese sauce will do, or milk, melted butter, some grated cheese and salt will do.)
10. Put this in an oven pre-heated to 350F/180C for 15minutes

While thats in the oven:

get a bowl, add flour, cayanne pepper, some parm cheese in the shake can, some mixed herbs, enough to cover 4 pork chops. Heat oil in a shallow frying pan. Wet the chops, then coat with this flour mixture. Brown on each side until its just lightly turned gold. Don't over cook these, they will be going in the oven.

Once that is done, and the potatoes have been in the oven for 15 min, place the chops ontop of the potatos, and put back in the oven for another 35-45 minutes, Until done (depends on thickness.)

Thats it....its really simple, and really goes down a treat!

Trust me.

Heat up a large skillet that has a lid, with a couple tbl spoons of oil. Brown the chops on both sides. Remove them from the pan. Pour in tomato soup, a chopped up small onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir that up. Put the chops back in and cover the pan. Simmer on low heat for an hour.

I like to take the oddly shaped chops and cover them in a can of mushroom soup and a couple drops of liquid smoke. Then cover with foil and bake in a 325 oven for about 2 hours, maybe more but the meat is done by that time.
