I do:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 large onion chopped
6 garlic cloves minced
rosemary & oregano
28 oz. can tomatoes chopped
salt & pepper
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 c. parsley
cooked or raw shrimp, crab, lobster, scallops (whatever combination or just one - sometimes I buy the imitation crab)
PREPARATION:
In a skillet, heat butter and oil - sauté onion and garlic until golden.
Add wine; cook until liquid has evaporated and vegetables are golden.
Reduce heat; add tomatoes, spices, salt and pepper.
Add the seafood of your choice (scallops and raw shrimp take about 5 minutes to cook in sauce).

Dump equal parts of butter first, then sour cream, then cream cheese, into a large skillet over medium heat. Wait for the previous ingredient to 'melt' before adding the next. Bring it to barely a simmer.
Meanwhile, saute some lump crab meat (drained) and either small salad shrimp or raw shrimps peeled and cut in half, until the shrimp become whitish pink in color, and no longer 'glassy' or see-thru. If the shrimp is already cooked, just warm it through. The crab will do a good job of heating along with the shrimp.
Season with salt and pepper (or white pepper if you don't want to see the 'specks'.) If the sauce starts to become too thick, add a quarter cup of water. I normally have to do this. I like to spike the water with a tablespoon of dry white wine.
Combine the shrimp / crab with the sauce, and serve over pasta. Make only what you'll eat that day, this recipe doesn't re-heat well.

I just boil pasta, make an alfredo sauce (butter, garlic, maybe mushrooms, and a pint of cream, when warm toss in 1 cup of shredded Parmesan), toss in the shrimp and crab, toss in the drained pasta, season with salt and pepper and garnish with chopped green onions.
Or to make it simpler, I love Classico's roasted garlic alfredo in a jar. Great for easy meals.
