Okay I have a 13 lbs Turkey and I want to cook it over night, so I want to know what I should set it on....Bake? Broil? (first time cooking thanksgiving) and I want it ready around 4 pm...cause thats when most my guest are arriving!! So ??Please help me out here on the temp and what to put it on. Thanks

Mine is a no cook cranberry sauce:
1 pkg fresh cranberries, 1 large seedless orange (cut in 8), 1 cup sugar - puree. It is awesome. (Also totally good on ice cream)

I made Banana Bread and the top split open and the middle never cooked. I followed a recipe and cooked it for the recommended time and tempurture. Any ideas or should I just keep bugging my mother in law to keep me in supply?

I decided that I wanted to try duck instead. I dont know how to make the sauce for it and I will be using one of those oven bags. Do I still need the sauce or will it be moist enough without it? I'm a little nervous but excited to. Any suggestions? Thanks and Happy Thanks giving to all of you!

I have regular cranberries, not dried, just fresh cranberries. They seem too bitter to eat alone, and I dont' know what I can make with them. Does anyone have any recipes I can use to make something with the cranberries? (drying them, oven directions, cranberry muffins, e.t.c) thanks!!
