I was popping some corn the other day and it made me wonder how someone figured out that dry hard corn could make popcorn!

I can never get a good recipe for orange sauce. Can any of you give me one that's fairly straightforward and if not for orange sauce, can you recommend something else?

Thanks.

I want to make home made wine, and i'm not sure what company to use or what type of wine comes out the best. If you are a wine maker and you use a certain company or you love a certain type of wine, please let me know.

I was dragging myself into work this morning, knowing that because I hadn't been shopping I only had a pretty uninspiring sandwich for my lunch. But a nice lady in the railway station was giving out free samples of a new line in soup! It's Baxter's Tomato Bisque and it is quite delicious!

So tell us what nice things have brightened up your Monday.

Hello,

I left the freezer door open last night by about 3 inches. It was full and the food has thawed out somewhat. It happened about 6pm last night and I have only just noticed. It was full to the brim with food...chicken, fish, chips, desert, vegetables, ham.

Iv heard that once defrosted you must consume? can it be re-frozen or not? If not I could use some of the food over the next day or two but would have a huge amount of waste

advice much appreciated.

Cheers
