I'm looking for a tasty, flavourful (canadian spelling!) recipe for chinese style egg rolls. I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow to buy things like cabbage, carrots, chicken breasts, etc. Can I use those are do you have an even better recipe.

Hi,
I'm making a Spiced Hard Cider Punch for my guests for Thanksgiving, but I'm not sure what exactly hard cider is, & applejack? I've never heard of it. Plus, this is my first time cooking dinner for guests at my home this year. Any advice would be so great.
